Mung Bean sprouts with Peanut sauce and Gado Gado

After sprouting too many mung beans I asked my friends for suggestions




My first reply was from my cousin Job, in Indonesia to make it like a Gado Gado. 
I used Quinoa instead of rice, I am sure it isn't authentic and due to lack of beans had to leave it out,  but it tasted divine.
