Nettle Soup

Gourmet Nettle Soup

1 chopped onion
1 garlic clove
A hand full of nettles per person
A few sorrel leaves
Cauliflower/cabbage chopped leaves
Stock cubes
Cream cheese
Rosemary flowers
Lemon Balm 

Topped  with gorgonzola

For lunch we made Grilled Mushrooms with Goats cheese and beetroot and walnut salsa.
